a trip west


 
 


really west---all the way to the Pacific Ocean--to visit my son in San Diego

beautiful and fun--a bit difficult, too, since my old nemesis--fibromyalgia--showed up to make
my arm and shoulder ache the whole time

    Welcome back. I see you didn't forget your camera and hopeful you will share more photos of your expedition west. Maybe now that you are back you will get some relief from your old nemesis.
