veggie feast

cauliflower

Brussels sprouts

parsley and cilantro

 salad greens

salsa, pico de gallo

Finally a break in the temperature yesterday, and I was able to visit the garden and assess  cold damage. Apparently, the long spell of cold has not damaged the vegetable garden, and I was able to gather a few things for dinner.
There's a row of turnips that I forgot to photograph.  They are so beautiful with the crisp purple, white and green.

The cilantro became part of pico de gallo, a salsa we ate with corn chips.

  1. Brussels sprouts will be all the better for a spell of cold weather. Everything else looks good too.
